I don’t often leave reviews but my experience with Kyle and Thrasher Utilities was so good I had to leave a five-star review. Kyle was prompt, honest, and thorough. It would have been very easy to take advantage of the situation and overcharge me, but Kyle was honest and the bill was reasonable. The septic system failed, the pump burned out, and sludge had filled the drain field piping, so it had to be ripped out and replaced. Kyle was able to preserve the leach field which saved me thousands of dollars. If you need septic repairs or analysis don’t walk, run to Thrasher Utilities. Call Kyle!

Kyle was able to provide same day service with switching out a new pump and identifying some issues in the drain field where there was some clogging. I'll definitely keep his number in my cell and call on Kyle for any help I might need in the future. He is very knowledgeable and will give you a fair deal on the work that is required not on the work that is unnecessary. In other words, if it's not broken, he won't charge you to fix it. I used kyle to come repair a leaking waterline to my house. He came with very little notice and was able to dig up my waterline with precision using his excavater. He also helped remove a stump in my front yard. He was a big help, very reasonable on price and easy to talk to. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
