Kile did an outstanding job repairing the drain field at my property. From the initial inspection to the final work, he was professional, knowledgeable, and very straightforward about what needed to be done. He took the time to explain the issue clearly and provided a solid plan to fix it properly, not just a temporary patch. The work was completed efficiently and with great attention to detail. He kept the site clean, stayed on schedule, and communicated throughout the entire process. I don’t often leave reviews but my experience with Kyle and Thrasher Utilities was so good I had to leave a five-star review. Kyle was prompt, honest, and thorough. It would have been very easy to take advantage of the situation and overcharge me, but Kyle was honest and the bill was reasonable. The septic system failed, the pump burned out, and sludge had filled the drain field piping, so it had to be ripped out and replaced. Kyle was able to preserve the leach field which saved me thousands of dollars. If you need septic repairs or analysis don’t walk, run to Thrasher Utilities. Call Kyle!

I had an issue with a broken pump in my septic system and the system was also not draining correctly. Kyle was able to provide same day service with switching out a new pump and identifying some issues in the drain field where there was some clogging. I'll definitely keep his number in my cell and call on Kyle for any help I might need in the future. He is very knowledgeable and will give you a fair deal on the work that is required not on the work that is unnecessary. In other words, if it's not broken, he won't charge you to fix it. I used kyle to come repair a leaking waterline to my house. He came with very little notice and was able to dig up my waterline with precision using his excavater. He also helped remove a stump in my front yard. He was a big help, very reasonable on price and easy to talk to. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

In getting ready to sell.my home I was informed I had septic issues not only at my pumps , but corroded wiring and failed drainfield.. knowing the horror that could unfold I called Kyle at TUS and he was on site within 24 hrs.as he worked through issue after issue he remained positive, informative( meaning daily calls with updates) and kept me calm.this guy knows his craft inside and out and was a breath of fresh air during a very trying time.
